坊間有各式各樣的靜心(meditation)，有的伴著音樂、旁白，有的靜靜的坐著，有的發出一個音如ohm 或 hum，有的則是運動靜心(瑜珈便是)。有的開眼做靜心，有的則閉眼，提倡開眼的認為閉眼很容易胡思亂想，而且容易睡著，開眼可以集中在一點，而且隨時都可以做；提倡閉眼的則認為閉眼可以阻隔外物的騷擾，讓精神更加集中。無論如何五花八門，其實找到一種適合自己靜心的方法就可以了。

都市人太繁忙，太多思慮，所以讓自己靜下來，找回自己便很重要。

我是誰？靜心幫你找回這個問題的答案，肉身、物質都不長久，人死了便甚麼也沒有，只有靈魂才能長存，靜心讓我們找回自己的靈魂，讓自己的心和宇宙再接通，觀察自己，找回內心的 awareness。

靜心是要練習的，也可以也很多理論，但簡單的靜心只要你願意，便可以做到。每天定幾個時間從工作中、生活瑣事中抽一分鐘靜下來，找一個焦點望著，讓自己甚麼也不想，或讓自己思想馳騁，但不要讓身邊的事情煩著。

香港有很多提供免費學靜心的機構，如皇道瑜珈、霎哈嘉瑜珈，Club O 也常搞一些靜心活動，上星期六便邀請奧修靜心的人一起和出席者做靜心。

這個月的花，名字為gloriosa superba "Rothschildiana"

這首Let's Call the Whole Thing Off 由 George Gershwin 及 Ira Gershwin 所作，由Fred Astaire 及 Ginger Rogers 在Shall We Dance 一片中演唱，歌中介紹兩種不同的英語口音，有些字的音如either，neither, tomato 等在現今英式和美式英語中可見其分別。
